- Examines board structures that help promote risk mitigation, increase accountability and promote transparency.
- Introduces and applies thoughtful and generative questions to ask about risk, programs and financials.
- Discusses the Chief Executive's Contract and Purpose of the Annual Evaluation.
- Provides Valuable Resources for Developing Your Board.

Liz Wooten Reschke is an experienced facilitator and skilled board governance expert with over 20 years of service to the nonprofit sector. Liz is also a Certified Dare to Lead(TM) Facilitator.
